Instead of representatives in the house having to be 25 and have lived in the United States for 7 years, they would have to be 35 and lived in the U.S. for at least 10 years, and have at least a major degree in a law or political subject. This would be good for the House, the people and the government because the representatives would be older and more experienced, and they would be more educated. If they all had a degree then they would be able to make more educated decisions for the country. One bad thing about this is that it might be hard for some people to get a degree and they may have good ideas for the house, it would also cost people more but it would support colleges. This would limit if people could be a representative, even if they were completely qualified for being a representative, with a good sense of politics, and the ability to listen to the people. Generally I think that this would help the country because the representatives would make better decisions for the country.
