Instead of there being the Supreme Court that all state courts answer to there would just be state courts. This would be good because then there would be fewer cases that the Supreme Court has to deal with. This would also make it so that judicial decisions could take place closer to where the crime took place, this would make it so that decisions could be more customized for the region in which they took place. The bad thing about this would be that there would be no highest court to rule over things that take place between states. There could be one or two justices that would be authorized to negotiate between states and determine which state has a better argument and they could also get a justice from a different state to make the decision so that there would be no bias.
